Goodbye Umbilical Cord, Hello Belly Button!
For the last couple of days, what was left of the umbilical cord was just hanging and today, while changing his dirty diaper we noticed it was gone, hiding in his pajamas!

He is too cute!!! And I have to agree, Hil, you have a little Ryan, for sure! That top picture profile really reminds me of Ryan. Love it! Anyway, we found Jake's cord in his pajamas, too! His fell off on his 2-week birthday! I hope you are loving every minute of this new experience. Even the 3am feedings...savor every moment! There is truly nothing like it! Love ya!
