MARCH 17TH : FAMILY SHOWER
Our family shower was scheduled to be on Sat. 17th with no intentions of our lil man already being here, but the honoree was in attendance! Although mommy was very hesitant about being around people so soon we couldn't have the shower without him!

MARCH 17TH:BRADY'S FIRST BATH!
Although the initial touches with the wash cloth created a scream, after awhile he seemed to enjoy it, especially getting his hair combed!

March 12, 2007
BRADY'S BIRTHDAY!
Much to our surprise, Brady decided to come on his own! After waking up and feeling a leaking sensation (a little too much info perhaps), we discovered at the doctor's appt. that my water had broke and I was 2 cm dilated and 80% effaced! I told Ryan was convinced it wasn't going to happen today but I just had a feeling! After getting checked in about 11:15 with absolutely no pain of any contractions, the doctor came in and broke my other water sack and gave me some potocin to spend up the process and boy did it, I had an epidural a couple of hours later and about an 1 1/2 hours later I had gone from from a 4 to a 9 within an hour! I pushed for maybe 15 minutes and Brady arrived! Words can not described the emotions of seeing that little guy for the first time, it still seems very surreal! Ryan and I couldn't be any happier, especially since Brady is a spitting image of his daddy, check him out!

MARCH 8th
BRADY COULD BE COMING EARLY!
We went the doctor today for my 37 wks check up and the doctor is a little concerned about my fluid level, after doing a synogram she has decided to keep a close look on me, we're to come back Monday the 12th to check again! The crazy thing is she said to come packed ready to go that she might have to induce either Monday or Wednesday, needless to say Ryan and I are pumped but a little freaked out, we have much to do in a short amount of time if he does come next week! Must go to get started!

March 3rd: My Friends Shower
Mandi and Tarenthia threw me a friends shower at Spring Creek; we had just much fun just hanging out, eating, laughing, and of course opening presents! Brady and I got lots of good stuff, including part of his bedding, an awesome rocking horse my friend Hillary had made for me, outfits, etc. I so thankful to have such sweet friends!

36 WKS! ONE MONTH TO GO!
My mom took us out today to Nash Farm in Grapevine and took some pictures of us. Ryan and I wanted to be able to capture this amazing and indescrible moment in our lives and I think we nailed it! Ryan was a real trooper, especially since it wa s 40 degrees this morning! We are so ready for Brady to be here, time as flown by and we continue to hope and pray the next month will too! We can't wait to hold, kiss, and just love all over this lil guy! What a miracle, some days I can't even fathom completely that we're going to be parents! I can't imagine ho w I will actaully feel when I get to hold him!

My First Shower

Feb. 25th was my first shower and it was great! The ironic thing about this date is that 14 years ago yesterday Ryan and I started dating, how crazy! Anywho, is was a great shower, Ryan and I are so blessed to have some many people in ours lives that love us and want to "shower" us and Brady with gifts! We got bottles, first aid stuff, monitors, outfits, my travel system, swing, etc. I've included a couple of pictures of me opening gifts, one of me and my hostess and of course me and my crazy sisters!

SWEET FRIENDS!
Our friends all came in town Superbowl weekend to see Ryan and I and of course Brady before he was born! They surprised us with some gifts and balloons which we got to open during halftime! I GOT MY JOGGER STOLLER(My Skinny tool!) and a couple of outfits and an extra soft blanket. Oh, and don't forget the Urlacher jersey that Craig had shipped to us! We have been so blessed to gave such great friends in our lives!
