Brady eats his first peice of baby toast
Brady has become more and more interested and what mommy and daddy are eating and wants some so bad! We decided to let me try some toast and just like the cookie, he loved it! @ my parents the other night (Oct. 18th) we let me have some fruit pops, he acted like he was choking, even though they dissolve in your mouth, so I freaked out a little (my mom has some pics, I post when I get them). Monday night Mimi confessed she gave him some more and was even picking them up and feeding himself, what a big boy!

Brady's First Trip To Six Flags
My neice Kendra had her 11th b-day party @ Six Flags and Ryan was out of town so I thought what the heck, let's be brave and take Brady, and he was such a good boy! he was just looking around at everything! (It was my neice Mari's first time as well!) I was prepared to leave early and get home to put Brady to bed but he ended up falling asleep in his carseat and let mommy stay the entire time! My sister Mandi a couple of weeks ago found a peanuts Halloween shirt @ Target and I loved it, so I decided to get me one before meeting them @ Six Flags, we'll come to find out, Mandi had hers on too, so I bought one for my sister Tanya so we would all be alike, chessy I know, but we had fun with it! I had such a good time, I love spending time with my sisters especially with all of our kids! Brady couldn't find his smile, but was in a happy boy regardless
The Kids love getting their pictures taken at the old timey place, they had a gangster outfit for Brady!
My sister Tanya works @ Six Flags partime with the Kodak people and one of her jobs is to walk around with the Grim Reaper so their good buds, this is Brady and I, look how excited he looks!
Some of them are cutout but this is Kendra and her friends, Kendra is the one behind Mari, and my neice Kaylee is directly behind her, Chase is to the left of Mari cutout for some reason
Brady takes a picture with Batman and Robin
My sister's and I in our matching shirts
Mari, Brady, and I waiting for the kids to get done riding a ride
Mandi and Mari- Oh IT'S A GIRL; I forgot I've haven't blogged Mandi and Chris are having another little girl Chase and Mari being silly!
My oldest sister Tanya and I, I being to think we look alike

The Pictures I promised from the Reunion...
Sorry these are so late, things have been real crazy! Okay so that's me as stiff as a board laying across the chairs.
Another view of me, look how straight I am!
This is one of my dear friends from elementary, middle school, and high school, April Burns and yes she's sitting on me and I'm still straight. I know it looks like he's holding her but people tell me all her weight was on me and as you can see I'm still straight as a board!
Everytime he said sleep we would fall over and look like this, I'm the 3rd one from the right! Some of the other things people said I need that was a hoot was him making me jump out of my seat everytime he said fun b/c I thought I "felt" like I was sitting on a tack, laughing hysterical to the pt my makeup was running and snorting b/c he told me everyone was naked, and crying when I got pulled over for speeding and was told I was going to jail! It was pretty crazy, so I hear, I don't remember everything!
This is April and after sitting on me

I know they're more pictures out there but people haven't sent them to me yet!

Whoever Said Dressing Up Girls Was Fun,
Never Had a Boy!
I know I've said it before but I have more fun dressing Brady than I ever thought possible! Picking out his outfits is one of my highlights of the day, I know that sounds cheesy but it's true! I will spend just as much time or more figuring out what I'm going to put him in versus what I'm going to wear. Just going to the daycare with no plans at night we just hangout in comfy clothes but when I know we're going to see somebody that night, it's on! He's just so darn cute it's hard not to think he looks good in everything, but for some reason Wednesday's outfit had me smiling all day, I even brought the pics to school today and showed him off to my students. And it's days like this I knew I was meant to have a son! Check it out! He's my lil'man! Check out the shoes too, Ryan and I bought them in Chicago @ H &M, ooh, I just want to eat him up!

My 10 year Reunion/Brady's First Football Game

My 10 year reunion was this last weekend. Friday night we tailgated @ the Irving Homecoming game and it was family night, here are a few pics from Friday Night, of course all of Brady. Even though I had to drag Ryan we had a great time! I'm waiting on pics from Sat. night, including pics of me being hypnotised, CRAZY! I'll post in the next couple of days. If you look really carefully you can see Brady's 2 bottom teeth, this is the first picture I've gotten where you can really see them!

Brady cheesin in the stands with Daddy

Cheesin some more
Trying to grab the camera
I wanted the field and players in the background so Ryan held him up for me and yes that's spit up all over his shirt

Our Lil' Stinker is 7 months!

Brady turned 7 months on Friday, sorry I'm a little behind. We obviously went ahead and took his Halloween pics for his 7 months pics and he's a Skunk! He wasn't really in he's normal smiling mood, I guess he was really trying to fit the stinker part and giving mischievous looks on some. I can't believe he is already 7 months, it's crazy! We are finally well again and back to doing our normal thing. He is a talker, he just loves to talk, talk, talk, and he knows actually what he is saying. He loves when we, especially his daddy says Dada to him over and over again! He loves sitting in his big boy high chair to eat @ home and restaurants now and to sit in the actual seatt in the grocery basket instead of his car seat! There isn't a food he doesn't like, last night (14th) we actually gave him his first cookie, I think there supposed to wait a little longer to have one but his so interested in everything we eat and he loves to help feed himself, I thought we would try it and he loved it! As soon as he sees his bottle or food, he takes out his paci and throws it, it's the funniest thing! He loves his mommy's hair too, he loves to pull and swirl when trying to go to sleep and/or eat it when were playing, which I try to stop of course! He loves his bath, sitting up now, he kicks his feet, splashes, and eats his yellow ducky! He still loves to be outside especially riding along with mommy in his jogging stroller. He will just be as calm as can be and just look around and take everything in around him! He's thinking about crawling but just thinking about it. He can do a complete circle when laying on his stomach to turn around and see the dogs or a toy. At times he buries his end in the blanket and tries to scoot backwards. He is sitting better each day! We've started to have to use a humidifier every night along with a air purifier to help with Brady's congestion and/or allegories whatever it is. That's it for now, be looking for Pumpkin Patch and School/Church Fall Festival pictures here in the next couple of weeks!

Don't know if you can see it, but his little bum says lil' stinker

His wearing one of his My First Halloween shirts.

First Cookie, he loved it, it was all over the place, we ended up having to throw it away because he dropped so many times there was dog hair all over it, gross I know!

Brady's a BIG BOY!
Brady can now sit for several minutes, hes getting to be such a big boy and he knows it too! He just looks @ you and smiles like he's sayin "look @ me!"
Brady LOVES Ebony and Lucky!
Brady just loves the dogs! Everytime there in the room, he stops whatever his noting to stop and look @ them and he watches them wherever they go. Last night he just sat there and petted Lucky forever, and Lucky let him. These pictures are actaully from yesterday.

Brady Got a Hold of A Cracker!

Brady got a hold a cracker yesterday and instead of sucking on it like most kids, he used his two teeth and took a bite of it, so Ryan and I learned quickly that letting him have a cracker isn't wise!

UPDATE...

Brady has had a rough week! He first throw up @ daycare on Wed. 26th morning, so I picked him up a little early, he seemed to be feeling fine and even hate his food for me @ dinner time even though he wasn't interested @ daycare, we'll not 30 minutes later he threw up all over the place, him, the wall, the changing table, luckily we we're changing him into his pjs so he was naked. He was coming out his nose and mouth and this is the first time it actaully smelled like grown up throw up. I immediately started crying and gagging, thankfully Ryan and my friend Hillary from work were there to help! So, Thursday I had Brady stay with my mom and all day he seemed fine other than several diarrea diapers and he wasn't eating his food. I called the nurse and they have me some tips to help but said it wasn't necessary to bring him in b/c he didn't have fever. He was fine all night and then as soon as we walked into the caycare Friday he threw up all over himself in the carseat and he couldn't breathe b/c of all his snot. I have never seen so much snot/flem in my life. Our poor little guy was seriously after that chocking and coughing up so much snot he could catch he breathe, so I made an appt. @ the doctor. And after a chest x-ray and an examine, the doctor said it was just a virus. Neither Ryan and I were really happy with that response but what could we do? It was proven to be a virus after several and I mean several diarrera diapers and after I came down with it on Sunday and am still having syptoms. Crazy thing is even after all of this there wer only a coupld of times you could even tell Brady was sick b/c he was just playing, talking, and smiling like his usual self!

BORN TO BE A WILDCAT

For those of you who don't know Ryan and I both graduated from ACU (Abilene Christian University). Ryan was privileged enough to get a full ride to play football, Brady is posing with his helmet! Anyway, three times a year ACU mails out an edition of the ACU Today, their own magizine updating alumni of upcoming events and so forth. They have a section in the back called Experiences that has news of marriages and births and Ryan and I were in this last issue under births. They will send you a Born to be a Wildcat onesie after having a baby and there's a section across from the News that posts the pictures, so we took our pictures yesterday hoping to get Brady's picture in ACU Today. So for those who are ACU alumni be looking in your next edition of ACU Today!

Brady Backs Notre Dame This is the jersey we brought home for Brady from South Bend. What a cutie right? It's funny to our lil man sportin' his daddy's old number, oooh, I can't wait to cheer for this lil guy!
